Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team in achieving exceptional customer service standards, driving revenue growth, and maximizing profitability.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring seamless opening and closing procedures, cash management, and inventory control.
* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.

* Analyse sales figures, identify trends, and implement necessary measures to optimize sales performance.
Store Operations and Merchandising
* Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained to provide an inviting shopping environment.
* Implement effective visual merchandising techniques to enhance product presentation and maximize sales opportunities.
* Monitor and manage inventory levels, replenishment, and product ordering to avoid stockouts and minimize overstock situations.
Financial Management
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, gross margin, and labor costs to drive financial success.
* Analyse financial reports, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
* Control operational costs and minimize wastage to maximize profitability.
Safety and Compliance
* Maintain a safe working environment for employees and customers, following health and safety guidelines.
* Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to adapt strategies accordingly.

Requirements
