**About the vacancy**
At our newly to be built coldstore in Ferentino you will be responsible for the flow of incoming and outgoing goods, customer service, transportation and workforce planning. Based in Ferentino, you will be part of a multifunctional team and be connected with many colleauges in our global business.
**What will you do?**
- Operational management of the site and resources
- Planning of physical resources (financial, premises, capital equipment, supplies and materials) effectively and efficiently
- Ensuring that financial targets are met
- Managing the operation to meet customer requirements and continuously improve performance
- Ensuring properly functioning warehouse teams, efficient planning of personnel and equipment
- Monitoring and reporting on KPI’s
- Ensuring the correct implementation of administrative duties
- Solving problems arising on site
- Maintaining contacts with clients, other businesses in the area, government authorities, temporary employment agencies etc.
- Developing and implementing policies for efficient energy use and recycling
**Who are we looking for?**
- Management of the overall operation, systems and complex logístical processes
- Possess leadership and proactive qualities
- P&L; orientation
- Has a strong administrative focus
- Works in an encouraging and solution-oriented way
- High level Customer Service with compliance to SLA’s
- Management and delivery of efficiencies and KPI requirements
- Fluently in English
- Flexible working hours
- Automation knowledge and maintenance
