Currently, the Sales & Customer Service team is looking for an Administrative Support to support the daily administrative operations.

Responsibilities:
* Control and storage of company documents (VAT registers, meeting books, company constitution, etc.).
* Reception of mails, and forwarding to the departments.
* Daily management of the PEC mailbox (e.g., forwarding traffic fines to the supplier).
* Archiving of various invoices.
* Providing general support to HQ departments, especially for local administrative tasks in Italy.
* Automotive experience is considered an asset.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in administration.
* Fluent communication skills in English.
* Ability to manage, organize, and perform administrative tasks efficiently.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with suppliers.
* Strong sense of responsibility.
* Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
