For a multinational company specialized in developing and manufacturing medical devices and surgical products we are looking for a
CONTRACTS ANALYST
The role involves interpreting complex contracts, efficiently managing processes, and collaborating with sales teams to support business priorities while ensuring data quality in Salesforce.
Contract duration: 6 months
Range RAL: 40.000€ - 50.000€
Responsibilities:
* managing the entire contract lifecycle, from data entry to reporting;
* using tools such as Excel and Salesforce to create dashboards;
* monitoring accounts;
* analyzing data and supporting sales, legal, marketing, and finance teams;
* participating in process improvement projects;
* managing contract deadlines and supporting the preparation of quotes;
* collaborating with various departments to ensure operational efficiency and data accuracy in company systems.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in business/technical field, or 5+ years of directly related work experience required;
* 2+ years in contract management with direct work within a contract lifecycle management program;
* experience in salesforce preferred, but not required;
* experience in excel;
* strong background in a multi-discipline environment with the need for high flexibility;
* ability to partner with key stakeholders in driving goals;
* ability to efficiently and effectively handle multiple and shifting priorities;
* ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment;
* highly organized with excellent time management skills and a strong attention to detail.
