**Vodafone Internship Program** is a development path dedicated to both Bachelor and Master’s students, which allows you to spend 6 months of as an active member in one of our teams.
After this experience, you will be able to relay complex information in a simple, clear and concise way to senior management. You will gain independence in performing the tasks assigned, setting priorities and achieving your goals. It includes also the opportunity to work on a project that could be the topic of your final dissertation.
The Internship Program may be just the first step of you career in Vodafone. In fact, it will allow you to be part of the selection process for our Discover Program
**Role Purpose**: support Vodafone Italy Legal Affairs to manage any active and passive litigation before Civil and Administrative Courts and by providing related legal advice
Manage alternative dispute resolution before National Regulatory Authority local agencies (Co.Re.Com)
Support other departements in managing customer claims before consumer associations
**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**:
- Support for analyses new challenges and opportunities for passive and active litigation
- Support the legal function coordinating activities of the external lawyers and law firm
- Support the legal function gathering evidence for internal procedures
- Support the legal function monitoring the recent developments in civil and administrative case law
- Periodic litigation reports for the internal and external stakeholders
- Support the legal function monitoring potential litigation risk (including new litigation areas) and related potential impact

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**:
- Degree in Law
- Professional fluency in English (B2 minimum)
- Master in consumer protection/competition or other qualification is a plus
- Admission to a Bar is a plus
