Position
The candidate will join the Consolidated Financial Statements and Accounting Principles team within the CFO area, responsible for preparing the Group's Sustainability Reporting.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate the process and prepare the Sustainability Report as per new regulations, integrated into the Group’s Consolidated Management Report;
* Interface with bank structures and subsidiaries to coordinate activities related to Sustainability Reporting and promote awareness of related topics;
* Monitor and interpret external regulatory updates (e.g., CSRD, EU Taxonomy);
* Collaborate with the team leader to define and oversee the evolution of Sustainability Reporting and implement necessary changes;
* Work with the Sustainability Department to review plans, goals, policies, and procedures related to social and environmental issues, ensuring accurate reporting;
* Analyze relevant processes for Sustainability Reporting to keep the scope updated and ensure process compliance;
* Support the development of robust and reliable non-financial data collection processes.
Requirements
* Degree preferably in economics or management;
* At least 5 years of experience in sustainability, preferably in consultancy within the banking sector;
* Excellent knowledge of sustainability topics, regulations, and European reporting standards;
* Project Management skills;
* Strong analytical, organizational, and precision skills;
* Fluent in English;
* Proficient in MS Office;
* Excellent interpersonal skills;
