We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist / AI Specialist with strong expertise in Palantir Foundry and Palantir AIP to support the development and deployment of enterprise AI and advanced analytics solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesPalantir Foundry & AIP Enablement- Use Palantir Foundry to integrate, curate, and model structured and unstructured enterprise data- Operationalize data science and machine learning solutions using Foundry pipelines, ontology, and applications- Leverage Palantir AIP to support AI-enabled use cases such as decision support tools, copilots, and LLM-assisted workflows- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns to ground AI outputs in enterprise data- Collaborate with platform and engineering teams to deploy solutions with the appropriate governance, security, and compliance controls- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on data quality issues, model behavior, and workflow outcomes within the Foundry/AIP ecosystem- Support customer adoption by clearly explaining analytical logic, assumptions, and model limitations in business termsRequired Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Advanced Analytics, or Applied Machine Learning- Strong hands-on experience with exploratory data analysis, statistical modeling, and root cause analysis- Proficiency in Python and SQL- Experience with machine learning libraries such as Scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, or PyTorch- Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and experimental design- Experience working with large-scale enterprise datasets- Hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry; exposure to Palantir AIP is strongly preferred- Experience in customer-facing or consulting environments with multiple stakeholders- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex analytical concepts clearly to business usersEngagement Details- Location: Full Remote
