You’ll help us improve, inject innovation, and create new ways of working. /p pWe are now recruiting for a new bSenior Manager Logistics Control Tower (LCT) /b to join our incredible Logistics team! bThis role can be based in Krakow, Poland; Bologna, Italy; or Antwerp, Belgium. /b /p h3Your purpose – /h3 pYou will drive the global and regional blueprint for our 4PL transportation ecosystem. In this role, you will shape strategy, design global standards, and empower regional teams to deliver high‑performing, data‑driven, digitally enabled transportation operations. /p pBy translating business strategies into effective 4PL solutions through collaboration with IT, Product Owners, regional transport teams, continuous improvement experts, and other supply chain stakeholders you will build world‑class LCT capabilities that enhance service, simplify execution, and create tangible business value. /p h3Your ‘day to day’ – /h3 h3Lead the Global LCT Blueprint /h3 ul liDesign and continuously improve the global LCT operating model across all logistics channels (B2B, DTC). /li liAssess regional requirements and ensure alignment with global standards while simultaneously guiding regional deployments. /li /ul h3Drive LCT Strategy, Performance, and Best Practices /h3 ul liSupport the definition of the LCT strategy across logistics and supply chain segments. /li liOwn LCT process definitions aligned with business strategy. /li liImplement KPI scorecards, performance tracking (OLA/SLA), and continuous improvement frameworks. /li liPromote adoption of lean methodologies and best practices across the network. /li /ul h3Boost Transportation Productivity /h3 ul liIdentify and drive global productivity and CI initiatives while supporting regional actions and execution. /li liProvide data and insights to Procurement, Network Design, and Cross‑functional teams. /li liIdentify and implement opportunities across AI/automation, sustainability and cost efficiencies. /li /ul h3Translate Cost‑to‑Serve Requirements into System Process Design /h3 ul liDefine tariff structures and TMS requirements. /li liShape interface, transactional, and BI data requirements. /li liRecommend additional visibility and digital capabilities. /li /ul h3Enable People Team Development /h3 ul liFoster a culture of learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement across logistics teams. /li liCoach and develop indirect teams through clear goals, skill development, and exposure opportunities. /li liCelebrate success and build high‑engagement teams. /li /ul h3Who we’re looking for - /h3 pWe welcome applicants from all backgrounds who bring leadership, innovation, and a growth mindset. You’ll thrive in this role if you have: /p ul liUniversity degree (Master’s preferred) in STEM, Business, Supply Chain, or related field. /li li10+ years’ experience in LCT models (4PL, visibility platforms, carrier collaboration) and/or logistics transformation. /li liProven track record in lean / Six Sigma methodologies. /li liStrong understanding of Transport Management Systems (TMS), visibility tools, and reporting. /li liDemonstrated ability to translate complex logistics flows into clear business priorities. /li liSystems thinking and strong analytical capability. /li liStrategic agility and continuous improvement mindset. /li liExcellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse global teams. /li liAbility to manage ambiguity and drive results in dynamic environments. /li liHigh interpersonal savvy and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. /li liTeam leadership, coaching capability, and passion for developing talent. /li /ul h3What we offer - /h3 ul liFor candidates applying and intending to be based in Poland: In this position you will earn no less than PLN 26,510 gross per month /li liSeize the freedom to define your future and ours.
