The team you will be a part of : This role in summary : The IT Manager - SAP Manugacturing Logistic’s area of competency is focused on Logistic within the manufacturing environment of the organization Manufacturing sites #LI-Hybrid. He/She’s is mainly responsible for cooperation with Central EMEA Planning and EMEA Manufacturing sites collecting the demand, participating in projects and enhancement delivery in respected areas, assuring the consistency of the overall logistic manufacturing solution and proper support of the IT landscape already implemented, collaborating with GIS community in cross-functional initiatives. Your responsibilities will include : Main process areas to be covered: Components inbound and outbound, including subcontracting, consignment and sales Manufacturing warehouse management Quality management Production line feeding Transportation shipment management Inbound Freight process and cost Maintain relationships with business stakeholders Demand Management: work with business to identify and document business requirements, manage within the central GIS organization the technical solution development and delivery Support Management: coordinate and supervise IT solutions implementation, cooperating with central GIS teams, support issue resolution Accountable for standardizing IT processes and template governance, driving continuous improvement Participate in IT projects and enhancements providing the details of business requirements collected and designing the functional and technical solution Support solution design, development, testing and implementation Maintain relationship with external Suppliers (for AMS and Projects management) Minimum requirements : Good knowledge of SAP MM, IM and QM Basic Knowledge of SAP SD and PP modules Understanding of Manufacturing Logistic & Production Planning concepts and related business processes Experience in projects within the area of Manufacturing Logistic and Production Planning in a similar role (minimum 5 years) Ability of translating a business process or requirement into a technical solution IT technology and development aptitude Aspiration towards standardization and implementation of best practices Strong organizational and leadership skills Fluent English (written and spoken) Strong team player Ability to work in multicultural and international environment Preferred skills and experiences : Master degree in Computer Science, Electronics or related field Good knowledge of Project Management methodologies (waterfall and agile) Ability to understand ABAP code Knowledge of SAP WM What we offer : Exposure to innovation and initiatives in different business areas and regions and collaboration in multiple global projects International environment and global career opportunities Connect with us and learn more about Whirlpool Corporation See what it's like to work at Whirlpool by visiting Whirlpool Careers.
