Overview
The PR Intern will support the PR & Marketing team in daily operational activities, contributing to press sample management, product placement across key fashion titles and selected talents, and the coordination of internal press activities, while gaining hands-on experience in international communications and event coordination within a fast-paced fashion environment.

Your Mission:
• Support the management of international shipments, including preparation of shipping documentation (delivery notes), sample packing, coordination with shipping providers, shipment tracking, and delivery confirmation.
• Assist in the organisation and coordination of press shootings, managing product send-outs to magazines, editors and VIPs through the Launchmetrics FGPS platform.
• Support the coordination of internal press requests, including e-commerce shootings, internal sample requests, and selling campaign needs.
• Prepare press coverage reports and monitor media visibility using the Launchmetrics Discover platform.
• Maintain accurate data entry and update information across internal systems to ensure proper sample and communication tracking.
• Provide operational support across PR and marketing projects as required.
Your Talent:
* Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Relations, Communication, Marketing, Fashion Management, or a related field.
* Previous academic or internship experience in PR, communications, marketing, or within the fashion industry is considered a plus.
* Strong interest in fashion, luxury, media relations, and brand communication.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
* Familiarity with press monitoring tools, digital archives, or media databases is a plus.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external partners.
* Proactive, flexible, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
* Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is considered a plus.
