The Role
- Lead and develop a team of Regional Managers across Italy
- Drive sales growth and accountability within the sales organisation
- Review and strengthen the current commercial structure
- Set clear direction and targets, ensuring consistent execution in the field
- Work cross-functionally with European and Italian leadership to align on strategy and expansion opportunities
- Represent the company at a senior level with customers and within the wider organisation.

- Proven commercial leader with sales management experience in the dental industry
- Experience managing field-based teams
- Fluent in English;
