We are looking for bIT End User Support Technicians /b who enjoy hands‑on technical work and direct interaction with end users. /p h3Role Overview /h3 pThis is an onsite IT support role ideal for candidates with experience in end‑user computing. You will be the first point of contact for technical issues at the customer location, helping users resolve hardware and software problems and ensuring a smooth day‑to‑day operation. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 pPrimarily support end‑user devices such as the following: /p ul liSupport Microsoft software (e.g. Windows 11, Microsoft Outlook) /li liiPhone configuration /li liIntune knowledge /li liTeamViewer knowledge /li liExcellent communication skills /li liNetwork knowledge /li liWIN11 imaging compulsory /li liLocal and network printer knowledge /li liActive Directory /li liMS Teams /li liIT asset inventory /li liThermal printer support /li liHandheld scanner support /li liVideo conferencing equipment /li liExperience in ServiceNow ticketing system compulsory /li liPrevious experience supporting IT in a plant environment /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 bTechnical Skills /b ul liGood understanding of PC and printer hardware /li liExperience with Microsoft Windows operating systems /li liFamiliarity with standard office applications (Microsoft Office, etc.) /li liNetworking knowledge (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VPN) /li liExposure to ticketing tools (ServiceNow) /li /ul bNon‑Technical Skills /b ul liStrong customer‑service mindset /li liAbility to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment /li liClear verbal and written communication /li liWillingness to learn and develop new technical skills /li liReliability, professionalism and a hands‑on working style /li /ul bEducation Certifications /b ul liTechnical college diploma or equivalent in computer science or related field /li liA+ certification (or willingness to obtain) /li liOEM certifications (Dell, HP, Lenovo, Lexmark, IBM) are an advantage and may be required depending on assignment /li /ul h3Why Join NSC Global? /h3 ul liWork with leading global enterprises /li liOpportunities for training, certification and career growth /li liA supportive, international team environment /li liReal hands‑on experience in diverse customer environments /li /ul pAt NSC, we are proud to be an equal‑opportunity employer.
