Cheil Italy, the data-driven creativity Agency under the Samsung Group, is looking for an Event Producer Freelance.In this role, you will support the team in the management of international events.Main responsibilities:Take part in creative briefings and contribute to project proposalsCollaborate with the creative and technical teams to ensure timely and on-budget project executionDrafting the timeline;Searching for suppliers (set-up, audio/video/lighting techniques, small and large format printing, staff, catering gadgets, services, location);Manage suppliers, oversee deliveries, and ensure quality and on-time executionVerification of graphic files;Coordinate all phases of event and installation productionIdentify effective technical solutions for project deliveryRecognize possible risks and plan ahead to handle them effectivelySelect and negotiate with vendors and service providersSite Inspections;On-site presence during set-up, event and dismantling;Operations management during events;Budgeting and closing.Required skills:From 4 to 6 years of proven experience as Event Producer or similar role;Strong organizational skills;Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills;Proficient in English, both in speaking and writing;Solid knowledge of event budgeting and cost control;Able to stay focused under pressure and adjust quickly when things change;Managing multiple projects with attention to detail.Location: Milan About Cheil:Cheil Italia Srl is a subsidiary of Cheil Worldwide Inc.We redefine the way brands connect and engage with consumers.
