Global HR Talent Internship | Milan
For our Global Headquarters in Milan, Amplifon is looking for a talented person to join our Global HR Talent Team, supporting on Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition, Development and Learning. You will have the opportunity to work on full scope projects, where you will play a key role from start to end. Numbers, technology, and analytics will be your other companions as you will work on Talent Acquisition processes and platforms.

We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from the day 1.
Youll be in charge of:
1. Supporting EB activities devising and managing initiatives to make Amplifon Employer of Choice for specific population targets
2. Working with colleagues in different areas to activate global initiatives to meet country-specific needs
3. Analyzing recruiting target population and personas
4. Reviewing EB platforms and channels through metrics related to relevant population targets
5. Support for the definition and organization of learning programs
6. Building comprehensive reporting and KPIs to support team activities
You are the right person if you:
7. You are a recent graduate or in pursuit of a Master's degree .
8. You are comfortable in an international environment where English is required on a daily basis.
9. You like to work with people, interacting, speaking, and presenting to a diversified group of people.
10. You see yourself as a digital native comfortable with using social media and common tools like PowerPoint and Excel;
11. You are open to learning and take real decisions based on data and analysis.

14. Full time experience, Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm (light flexibility can be agreed internally with the team youll be working with!).
