Your ideal profile should include
Master's degree in engineering with specialisation in a relevant discipline (such as industrial economics, mechanical engineering, hydraulics, or automation)Process-driven, organised and disciplined approachInitiative and strong communication skillsGeographical mobility after completion of the graduate program to enable continued personal and professional developmentFluent in local language and EnglishFirst-hand experience in project management is a plus
