As a Field Retail Trainer, the mission is to develop retail teams in delivering an outstanding client experience that drives store business performance, with a particular focus on enhancing Clienteling. /ppRESPONSABILITÀ DEL RUOLO /pulliLead by example by embodying brand’s values, service excellence, and company policies. /liliExecute Retail Training Plan for assigned stores /liliPartner with Retail Managers and Store Managers to deliver corporate training strategy within assigned store(s) /liliSupport Store Managers in developing and delivering structured training roadmap that contributes to business growth by enhancing selling skills, product knowledge, and in-store coaching techniques. /liliPartner with Retail Managers to scout and implement opportunities for staff elevation through Training /liliFoster a culture of continuous learning and development, with a strong emphasis on Clienteling techniques. /liliObserve client interactions and provide real-time coaching through active listening and questioning, enabling team members to improve their approach to client engagement. /liliLeverage client feedback insights to coach individuals and implement solutions that enhance the overall client experience. /liliDrive key training initiatives, ensuring a hands-on, shop-floor-focused approach that fosters a positive and engaging learning environment. /liliSupport Store Managers in conducting skills gap analyses and creating individualized coaching plans for their teams. /liliProvide ongoing feedback to Retail Managers and Store Managers regarding team performance and progress. /liliCoordinate and monitor training activities /liliEnsure Store Management is fully informed about training progress, required actions, and areas for improvement, making recommendations as needed. /liliMonitor and assess the effectiveness of in-store training programs through follow-ups, observations, and measurable outcomes. /li /ulpREQUISITI DEL CANDIDATO /pulliEnglish Proficiency, both written and spoken. /liliFluency in at least another EU language (Italian, French, German, Spanish) /liliAny other language will be a plus /liliConfident with Microsoft Office (PPT, xls, Outlook) /liliInterested in digital tools /li /ulpINFORMAZIONI AGGIUNTIVE /ppYou will be spending approximately 70% of your time in store.
