Job Description
Main Tasks
* Actively prospect a portfolio of key account prospects (Tier 1) to increase customers’ base in Italy.
* Follow up and develop a portfolio of key accounts (Tier 1) and deploy new innovations to existing customers.
* Organize answers to tenders and write commercial proposals in close collaboration with internal departments (product managers, after‑sales services, installations, deployment, etc.) and, if necessary, with the Global Account Manager in charge of the account at a global level.
* Develop the turnover in the commercial scope and achieve the objectives set.
Secondary Tasks
* Develop good relationships with decision makers at the highest level.
* Participate in client events or trade shows.
* Assist marketing in the development of business cases or communications/customer stories.
* Update CRM tools with opportunities and manage the customer and prospect base.
* Provide feedback about competitors to manager and marketing department.
Qualifications
Professional Experience
* Minimum 4–5 years in a similar position and performance‑oriented.
* Sales background in selling technical complex hardware and software solutions with services in B2B with long sales cycle.
Languages
* Fluent written and spoken English and Italian.
* Another language is a plus.
Required Qualifications
* Excellent relationship skills ranging from store level to C‑level.
* Ability to identify solution value for individual customers and transform this into additional sales.
* High level of personal drive and proactive work methods.
* Ability to prioritize strategic tasks from customer and SES perspective.
