PpAs a Production Manager at Honeywell, you will lead and manage production operations within the Integrated Supply Chain to ensure efficient and timely manufacturing processes that meet quality and delivery targets. You will report directly to the ISC Plant Manager and work out of our Trieste location on an on‑site schedule. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage daily production activities to meet production schedules and quality standards. /li liLead, coach, and develop production team members to achieve operational goals. /li liEnsure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations. /li liCollaborate with cross‑functional teams including supply chain, quality, and engineering to resolve production issues. /li liDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste. /li liMonitor production metrics and implement corrective actions as needed. /li liManage resource allocation and capacity planning to optimize production output. /li liSupport implementation of new production processes and technologies. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience in production supervision or manufacturing operations. /li liStrong leadership and team management skills. /li liKnowledge of production processes, quality standards, and safety regulations. /li liAbility to analyze production data and drive process improvements. /li liFamiliarity with manufacturing software and tools. /li liBachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field. /li liProven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment. /li liStrong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities. /li liExcellent organizational and communication skills. /li liExperience with Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement methodologies. /li /ul pHoneywell is an equal opportunity employer.
