The Key User is responsible for supporting the end users, defining end user documentation, providing end user training, monitoring data accuracies, identifying process improvements, performing testing, and actively participating in implementation projects. /ppEssential Duties and Responsibilities : include the following. Other duties may be assigned as required. /ppbPrimary responsibilities : /b /pulliKey User is the “go to” person for the end users in fielding day to day business process issues and questions. The Key User is responsible for gathering all information pertaining to the issue, initiate troubleshooting and resolution, and if required, escalation and logging of the issue with IT. The Key User works closely with the Business Analyst to test and approve a solution. /liliDevelop and maintain Business Process Procedures (BPP) and document process flows to support the defined inventory controls for all materials. The documentation will be used in training end users on the processes of dispatch / logistics and warehousing operations. /liliResponsible for providing and ensuring the end users are trained and appropriately practicing the defined processes. /liliAccountable for making sure data is being maintained accurately by end users. Monitor data accuracies and provide guidance to end users to correct data inaccuracies. /liliIdentify, document, and communicate process improvements to the SCM Management. Upon approval from the SCM management, initiate an Enhancement Justification Sheet (EJS) for application enhancements, communicate and educate global alignment. /liliResponsible for testing of issues, validating results, testing application changes, and participating in regression and integration testing. /liliBeing an active team member of rollout projects and other Key User teamwork initiatives. /liliConducting audits to ensure adherence to documented processes. /liliSupport SAP DIS module TMS implementations and upgrades. /liliWork with IT DIS business analysts to configure and maintain the SAP DIS system to meet business requirements /liliWork with TMS providers to configure and maintain the TMS system(s) to meet business requirements. /liliTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to DIS TMS functionalities. /liliLead end-to-end SAP DIS TMS implementation projects. /liliDevelop and deliver training sessions for end-users on SAP DIS TMS functionalities. /li /ulpBusiness Process Expertise : /ppbDeep understanding of DIS / Logistics processes. /b /pulliRepresent PHD business unit in SAP projects, providing insights and requirements. /liliCollaborate with business process owners and stakeholders to understand their needs and current processes. /liliAnalyze current processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization. /liliParticipate in "To-Be" process design, translating business needs into functional solutions. /li /ulpbCommunication and Collaboration : /b /pulliAct as a point of contact for business users regarding SAP DIS TMS functionalities. /liliCommunicate business requirements and functional specifications to the IT team. /liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., SD, PP, MM / WM, FI / CO, TMS provider, TMS integration partner) to ensure seamless integration. /liliParticipate in workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather information and build consensus. /li /ulpbDocumentation and Reporting : /b /pulliDocument system configurations, business processes, and user manuals. /liliCreate and maintain training materials. /liliGenerate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs). /li /ulpbGlobal Support and Problem Solving : /b /pulliProvide 2nd and 3rd level support for international SAP key users. /liliIdentify and propose solutions for system improvements. /liliOversee programming requirements for upgrades or new module implementations. /liliParticipate in global SAP rollouts. /liliProvide organizational change management support. /li /ulpbData Migration : /b /pulliProvide functional documentation and input to data mapping sessions. /liliAssist in the data load validation. /li /ulpbProcesses Involved : /b /pulliMaster data and configuration in the TMS system(s) /li /ulpbPROFILE AND EDUCATION /b /pulliBachelor’s degree (B.S.) or equivalent from a four-year college; five years or more related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. /liliAt least 5 years’ experience in supply chain management / material and warehouse management roles /liliAPICS or other SCM certification is a plus /liliHigh level functional knowledge of SAP ERP DIS modules /liliHigh level functional knowledge of integrated and interfaced SAP ERP and TMS applications /liliAbility and experience to lead and effectively drive teams /liliAbility to Write Documentation / Standard Work / Processes and implement. /liliAbility to Teach / Train Others /liliHighly self-motivated individual focused and driven to provide customer service. /liliExceptional analytical capabilities critical thinking, and problem solving skills. /liliProject management experience; from concept to implementation /liliHigh level of expertise and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. /liliData-oriented and objective-driven mindset /liliOrganizational skills; Self-management.
