He/She is willing to provide authentic and luxury experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity and community. /ppstrongMain duties and responsibilities: /strong /pp- Supervise housekeeping operations in all areas /pp- Ensure the hotel maintains the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and aesthetic appeal. /pp- Train and manage housekeeping staff to ensure they provide top-level services while adhering to company policies. /pp- Conduct regular performance evaluations of staff and provide constructive feedback to support their professional development. /pp- Develop and implement training programs for new hires as well as ongoing training for existing staff. /pp- Establish and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure consistency across all areas of the hotel. /pp- Monitor daily operations to ensure all housekeeping activities are carried out efficiently and promptly. /pp- Ensure guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house areas, and grounds are maintained according to established cleanliness and quality standards. /pp- Coordinate with other departments such as maintenance, front office, and laundry services to ensure seamless operation. /pp- Prepare annual budgets for the housekeeping department in collaboration with financial managers. /pp- Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, uniforms, equipment, etc., ensuring adequate stock while controlling costs. /pp- Implement quality assurance measures to regularly inspect facilities for cleanliness and maintenance issues. /pp- Address any guest complaints regarding housekeeping service promptly and efficiently. /pp- Stay updated on the latest trends in cleaning technology and sustainability practices to continually improve service delivery. /pp- Promote environmentally friendly cleaning practices throughout all operations under supervision. /pp- Ensure compliance with all local laws regarding health and safety in hospitality settings. /pp- Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), challenges faced, solutions implemented, and suggestions for operational improvements. /ppstrongRequirements /strong /pulliExtensive experience in luxury hotel housekeeping management. /liliBachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or a relevant field preferred. /liliDemonstrated leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams. /liliStrong organizational skills with an ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. /liliExcellent communication skills both verbal and written. /liliProficient in English and Italian. /liliSolid experience and knowledge of Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) standards /li /ulpstrongOther requirements: /strong /pulliCollaboration: be able and willing to work as a team player /liliDrive results: provide genuine and consistent high levels of service by anticipating and exceeding expectations of guests and colleagues /liliGlobal perspective: treat each other with respect and inclusiveness regardless of position, level or background /li /ulpstrongBelmond and you: /strong /pulliWe offer seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L.
