The opportunity to follow your own compass.The Role: Production EngineerWe are currently looking for a Production Engineer to join our HQ in Ravarino (MO). The role will be responsible for drafting technical documentation to support sample development and production, while also providing technical assistance to external suppliers in collaboration with the Industrialization team and pattern makers.Your ImpactThe Day-To-DayAnalyze prototypes and samples to define technical and construction guidelinesDraft and update technical documentation in the PLM system (Centric)Support mockup preparation and collection approval meetingsProvide technical assistance to Quality Control and suppliers throughout the production processQualificationsKey QualificationsTechnical background and knowledge of garment manufacturing and industrialization processesPrevious experience, even brief, in similar roles within structured fashion companiesFamiliarity with PLM systems (Centric preferred) and proficiency in Microsoft OfficeStrong technical analysis skills and attention to detailPrecision, reliability, and teamwork orientationEffective communication skills with internal teams and external suppliersOur Shared ValuesAt Stone Island we aren't led by conventions or trends, but by our own compass.
