The EU Health and Safety function is part of the Operational teams and supports our Fulfilment Centres who are responsible for managing the vast range of fast paced inventory from inbound to outbound and work very hard to ensure that our customers receive what they want, when they want it. Be a net contributor to EU CF Health & Safety leadership and functional progression Assist general managers in communication, training, and execution of the Safety & Environmental Programs throughout the regions FC's Ensure compliance to EU laws as it applies to Occupational Safety for all relevant FC's Perform regular gap analysis to best justify funds for site safety improvements and react to Associate feedback Ensure compliance to Safety programs such as Lockout-Tagout, Fall Protection, Fire Prevention, Emergency Develop and implement training programs to meet the needs of Managers and Associates in regards to critical safety issues Analyze accident data and build prevention programs to impact accident trends Insist on high standards on risk assessment, Operational Safety rules adherence and site safety standards.

Conduct Job Hazard

Analysis and Job Safety Analysis Fire Department, etc. Provide weekly metrics reporting to senior management teams Applying Lean tools to Safety: error‐proof processes, analyze Safety trends and create proactive plans to address – develop analytical, dashboard performance approach to safety management key risks, use Pareto analysis and other tools to monitor and drive high‐effectiveness Safety programs Project Work for topics relating to the network Support other related network projects Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English and the local language Excellent communication skills to manage stakeholders across shop floor and executives. Demonstrable record of driving significant change through an operation Chartered membership of a Human Resources industry body (e.g., Protecting your privacy and the security of your data is a longstanding top priority for Amazon.
