Work Experience & Education Requirements Education and experience A Bachelor of Science degree in technical, engineering or business discipline is preferred; Master’s degree a plus. 5+ years of professional experience in procurement and material management roles preferred. Personality traits and practical experience Must have outstanding numerical, quantitative analytical thinking, organizational abilities and project management and negotiation skills. Experience in resolving materials flow issues, within a matrix functional organization. Ability to influence others & build productive, motivated, committed, high performance teams. Strong demonstrated ability for discipline and highly self-motivated for working on repetitive and routine tasks independently and under pressure, while achieving high standard results. Ability to build, develop and maintain positive working relationships both internally and externally. Ability for high problem identification and problem resolution, demonstrated ability to make sound judgment and decisions. What will you be doing in this role? This position will have the following responsibilities: Executes direct/indirect materials purchasing and procurement for given sites, in accordance with replenishment, logistics footprints and inventory control as approved by ETS Supply Chain. Responsible for issuing Purchase orders to ensure on time and right quantity material availability at the ETS Supply Chain
