Program Management Officer (PMO) - NAVIRIS

NAVIRIS is looking for a PMO in Genoa.

The alliance is the natural evolution of the historical partnership between two world leaders. With more than twenty years of collaboration, Naval Group and Fincantieri have already achieved successful milestones together: already in the 90s with the Horizon air defense destroyer program (four ships) and with the FREMM multi-mission frigate program ongoing since 2005 (twenty ships).
NAVIRIS' goal is to create value for its customers through the following key areas:
• Joint research and development projects;
• Worldwide supply capacity;
• Prime Contractorship and Design Authority;
• Procurement optimization.
ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, maintain and monitor project management methodologies, standards, and tools;
- Ensure consistent application of project management practices across Project Managers projects (specifically in HRZ-MLU Program, it is essential that all PMs and also Tech team work in a standardized way to enforce the overall coherence of the organization and make the coordination effective;
- Track project performance against KPIs, timelines, and budgets;
- Prepare regular status reports (at least 6 reviews are organized per year at Program level for each main topic);
- Prepare PD meetings'presentations and drafting of relevant MoM;
- Monitoring of Actions Items progress;
- Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets;
- Manage day-by-day tasks and operations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor in Engineering, Business Administration, or Project Management
- Proven experience in the domain Naviris operates
- Strong communication of pm methodologies and tools (Primavera, MS Project etc…)
- Excellent organizational, communication, leadership skills
- Fluency in English. Knowledge of French is a plus
