As a Continuous Improvement Specialist, you will drive Lean-based process improvements across manufacturing and transactional areas. • Support the definition and deployment of the Site Transformation Plan across site functions
• Lead and execute Lean-driven process improvement projects to reduce bottlenecks and improve productivity, quality, and lead time
• Promote and implement standard work to simplify processes and raise output quality
• Identify improvement opportunities, manage CI projects, develop business cases, track outcomes, and ensure benefits
• Train and coach employees on Lean and Six Sigma tools and guide CI certification paths

Responsabilità

• Degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or related fields or Business Experience
• 2+ years of process improvement experience leading cross-functional projects
• Basic knowledge of core Lean tools (Value Stream Mapping, Managing for Daily Improvement, 5S, Standard Work, Problem Solving, Continuous Flow, Material Flow)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English
• Proven project management and leadership abilities in a team environment
• Positive and energetic attitude; people oriented; change and conflict management
