Learn more about how Alstom is creating the future of mobility and join our team in Vado Ligure on this exciting journey!\nPurpose of the job\nIn PI Logistic specialist management role, you are in charge of defining and controlling adequate inventory level of materials and the management of Warranty projects\\' requests, in order to fulfil Warranty Operations requirements while minimizing cash immobilization.\nMain responsibilities\n\nDefine and execute the Services Material planning and Inventory strategy according to customers’ Warranty obligations and internal constraints;\nGuarantee material availability through appropriate needs scheduling and follow-up;\nImprove Services performance in term of materials\\' availability and inventory management\nInterface with all internal and external functions to grant that repair orders would be managed and processed withing the targeted time\nDefine the order-reorder strategy to optimize the inventory coverage reducing the stock-out occurrences;\nSet parts categories (based on ABC, variability, business type...etc) for defining planning strategy and stock replenishment;\nManage shipment\\'s requests, both from Central Warehouse to Customers, both from Customers to Repair centres, according to Alstom procedures\nAssure the full traceability of broken parts, to be repaired, within the company SAP system\nSupport and follow-up the warehouse people, providing all info required, in order to guarantee that all materials will be shipped/delivered to Customers according to maintenance priorities;\nProvide to sourcing department the forecast of the material needs and the list of priorities in terms of source of supplying to be according to the contracts;\nDefine and implement action plans and improvements in the planning process;\nDefine and set-up ERP parameters to implement material planning strategies and ensure the data accuracy on SAP\nImprove of the specific tools used for planning, based on the historical data and according to the customers plan;\nAnalyse Inventory content for correcting planning strategies;\nDefine, implement and manage improvement plans in regard of Inventory reduction;\nMeasure performance in Supply Chain processes and create reports for analysis.\n\nKey skills\n\nStrong knowledge of SAP and other informative systems to manage materials\nStrong knowledge of Microsoft Excel\nAbility in data extracting and manipulation\nExcellent knowledge of English language\nExperience in Supply Chain (almost 2 years)\n\nSoft skills\n\nGood attitude to personal relationships and Team Working\nReliability, flexibility and motivation\n\nAlstom is the leading company in the mobility sector, solving the most interesting challenges for tomorrow\\'s mobility.
