In this _Facility & Maintenance _role you will: - Responsible for maintaining and improving the physical environment of the company’s facilities. This role involves managing day-to-day operations and coordinating maintenance and supporting facility-related projects; - Oversee routine maintenance tasks; - Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance and repair work; - Program and coordinate regular inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly; - Implement Energy-saving initiatives; - Monitor and manage the facility’s budget; - Assist in planning and executing facility-related projects, such as renovations or new construction, suppliers coordination and technical specifications development; - Technical support in purchasing activities as sourcing and negotiation of suppliers; Main Qualification - Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field; - At least 5 years of experience in facilities management within Supply Chain/Logistics or Retail industries; - Proven experience managing maintenance operations. - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. - Strong working experience with Autocad. - Good knowledge of English.
