The role is responsible for cash flow supervision, liquidity management, trade finance operations, currency management, and banking relationships. /p pOperating in an international and cross‑functional setting, this professional will contribute to strengthening the Group’s financial structure and supporting strategic decision‑making. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 h3Treasury Cash Management /h3 ul liOversee daily cash positioning and liquidity management across the Group. /li liPrepare and monitor short-, medium-, and long‑term cash flow forecasts. /li liSupervise bank operations: payments, collections, bank reconciliations, cash pooling. /li liOptimize the Group’s financial structure, reducing financial costs and ensuring adequate funding levels. /li /ul h3Financial Management Banking Relationships /h3 ul liManage and develop relationships with banks and financial institutions. /li liNegotiate credit lines, financing instruments, and banking conditions. /li liMonitor banking covenants and prepare periodic financial reporting requested by institutions. /li /ul h3Trade Finance /h3 ul liManage and improve trade finance tools including: /li liLetters of Credit (LC), /li liStand‑by LC, /li liBank guarantees, /li liFactoring, confirming, supply‑chain financing, export advances. /li liSupport Sales and Operations on international payment terms, risk analysis, and compliance in cross‑border transactions. /li /ul h3Currency Management FX Operations /h3 ul liManage foreign currency operations (FX): spot transactions, forward contracts, hedging strategies. /li liMonitor FX exposure and propose mitigation strategies aligned with Group risk policies. /li liProvide financial insights to the Group CFO regarding market trends and impacts on business. /li /ul h3Working Capital Management /h3 ul liMonitor and analyze DSO, DPO, NWC performance indicators. /li liIdentify improvement areas and drive corrective actions. /li liPartner with Procurement, Sales, Supply Chain, and Administration to enhance working capital efficiency. /li /ul h3Reporting, Compliance Projects /h3 ul liPrepare monthly financial and treasury reporting for the Group CFO and top management. /li liSupport statutory and consolidated financial statements in cooperation with Accounting. /li liManage internal and external audit activities. /li liDrive or contribute to digitalization and process improvement initiatives within Finance / Treasury. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 h3Education Experience /h3 ul liMaster’s Degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields. /li li7–10 years of experience in Treasury / Finance roles within structured and international industrial companies. /li liProven expertise in Trade Finance and foreign currency operations (FX). /li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liStrong knowledge of treasury processes, banking instruments, and cash pooling. /li liSolid understanding of FX instruments (spot, forward, hedging). /li liProficiency in Trade Finance tools and international payment methods. /li liAdvanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP or similar). /li liExcellent understanding of Italian GAAP; IFRS knowledge is a plus. /li liExcellent command of the English language (written and spoken). /li /ul h3Soft Skills /h3 ul liStrong analytical mindset and financial acumen. /li liExcellent negotiation and communication skills. /li liIndependence, reliability, and problem‑solving approach. /li liAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines. /li liTeam‑oriented attitude and high level of ownership. /li /ul h3What the Company Offers /h3 ul liA key managerial role within the Group Finance function. /li liAn international environment with strong exposure to the Group CFO and top management. /li liCompetitive compensation aligned with experience (RAL €70–80k). /li liProfessional growth opportunities in a solid and expanding organization. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
