City: Caorso (IT) Contract Type:Full-time Job-Code:5584 Department: Materials Management and Logistics Responsibilities: - Management and updating of material codes within the system. - Creation and management of bills of materials and work cycles for materials, ensuring that they are correctly configured for operational needs. - Verification, monitoring and execution of warehouse movements to ensure the correct correspondence between physical and information flow. - Management and recording of the materials entry into the warehouse, verifying correct documentation and compliance with orders. - Collaboration with internal teams to manage material purchases between different company locations (intercompany). - Periodic verification of warehouse stock, ensuring that it is correctly recorded and that any discrepancies are resolved promptly. - Management of the inventory of assigned materials, ensuring that stock is correctly monitored and documented.
