Position Snapshot
* Fixed-term contract (1 year) – Full Time
* Engineering or Business degree (or equivalent)
* Minimum of 6 months’ experience in Supply Chain or Logistics
* Fluent in Italian and advanced in English (required)

Position Summary

Within the International Supply Chain team of Nestlé Waters, you will be responsible for managing order shipments and for being in strict contact with our distributors/affiliates worldwide.

A day in the life of…

* Managing order shipments and loading appointments with international clients: that means order management, load optimization, product stock verification, product shipment organization, export document
* Having daily contact with supply planner/customers/Area Managers and transporters
* Having a front-end contact with key stakeholders: we expect you to find proactive solutions to logistic issues and to be a trustful and insightful partner for Area Sales Managers in order to reach a common goal
* Managing claims or returns
* Handling load problems directly with transporters and customers’ forwarders
* Conducting reports and analysis related to the KPI of the function.
What will make you successful?
* Minimum of 6 months’ experience in Supply Chain or Logistics
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and/or Power Query/Power BI
* Knowledge of SAP is a plus
* Being a team player, curious, proactive and able to work with deadlines
* Fluent in Italian and advanced in English (required); knowledge of additional languages is a plus
