This role ensures seamless integration between product strategy and catalog accuracy, enabling sales growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. /p h3Main duties Responsibilities /h3 h3Strategic Execution Leadership /h3 ul liTranslate organizational objectives into actionable product and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and market leadership. /li liLead, mentor, and develop Product Managers and Catalog Analysts, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement through clear goals and performance expectations. /li liEncourage cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, operations, and global COE teams. /li liPromote knowledge sharing and best practices across regions and functions. /li /ul h3Product Management Oversight /h3 ul liGuide Product Managers in aligning product strategies with organizational objectives and market requirements. /li liOversee product lifecycle management from concept to launch and post-launch optimization. /li liEnsure product roadmaps are executed effectively, addressing underperformance and identifying growth opportunities. /li liSupport customer engagement through product training, insights, and performance analysis. /li /ul h3Catalog Management Oversight /h3 ul liDirect Catalog Analysts in maintaining accurate, comprehensive, and customer-friendly product catalog data. /li liEnsure catalog content supports sales, marketing, and customer experience initiatives. /li liOversee catalog updates related to product launches, lifecycle changes, and market adaptations. /li liDrive improvements in catalog systems, processes, and data governance in collaboration with global COE. /li /ul h3Collaboration Communication /h3 ul liAct as a key liaison between product management, catalog teams, and other business units. /li liParticipate in monthly BU/COE meetings to review KPIs, action plans, and opportunities. /li liCommunicate product and catalog strategies clearly to internal and external stakeholders. /li /ul h3Governance Resource Management /h3 ul liEstablish clear performance metrics and ensure teams are equipped with the tools and resources to succeed. /li liDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product offerings and catalog accuracy. /li liEnsure compliance with industry standards, legal requirements, and company policies. /li /ul h3Requirements Skills /h3 ul liMinimum 5/6 years of experience in Marketing/Product Department. /li liProduct Management experience within both the Heavy Duty and Light Vehicle markets. /li liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Economics, or a related field. /li liFluency in English; knowledge of French and Spanish is a plus. /li liA creative thinker who ‘Acts Like an Owner’ and has a continuous improvement mindset. /li liStrong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) to support proposals, reporting, and presentations. /li liAbility to empower and develop team to achieve results. /li liDecisive and accountable in a dynamic and complex environment. /li liAble to optimize budget and resources effectively.
