Design and implement test setups for performance verification. Coordinate technical activities and supervise the team during AIT phases. Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with technical requirements and timelines. Prepare technical documentation and test reports. Contribute to the definition of test strategies and continuous improvement of AIT processes. /ppbREQUIREMENTS : /b /ppDegree in Physics or Engineering (preferably with an optics-related focus). 1–2 years of experience in integration and testing activities in the optical field. Knowledge of geometrical and physical optics, radiometry, and use of optical benches. Proficiency in Matlab (mandatory); knowledge of Python and MS Project is a plus. Ability to design and develop optical test setups for performance validation. Strong organizational skills and project management capabilities.
