Write the next chapter of your ABB story. /ph3Position Details /h3pGrade: 13 /ppReports to: Digital Product Manager /ph3Your Role and Responsibilities /h3pYou will join our Digital Offering Team within the Process Automation business area for Energy Industries - Digital Division. The division integrates automation, electrification, instrumentation, and telecom to enable customers’ business transformation in a converging IT/OT environment. Your focus will be helping customers embrace digitalization securely with solutions that facilitate data access, visualization, and understanding. You will collaborate with the Sales department, SCM Purchase department, Engineering department, and customers. Our digital solutions cover pillars such as Sustainability, Cyber Security, Performance Monitoring, Predictive Diagnostics, and Digital Twin, often proposed as extensions of ABB Control systems. /ppThe work model is: #LI-Hybrid /ph3Main Responsibilities /h3ulliPreparation of technical proposals and cost calculations for digital solutions based on customer needs, with SME support. /liliSupport SCM in analyzing supplier proposals. /liliGather information from Sales on installed base/site via Technical Account Managers. /liliAnalyze customer needs and market offerings to identify digital solutions that add value. /liliPerform lost proposal analysis and recommend actions to improve future success. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliStrong knowledge of process control systems and automation (PLC, DCS, ESD) in power, water, and oil refining industries. /liliAt least 2 years of experience as proposal or support sales engineer, with skills in technical specifications and pricing. /liliEnhanced knowledge of Cyber Security Standards (e.g., IEC 62443) and electrical standards relevant to major customers. /liliPassion for data analysis and digital solutions that meet customer needs while optimizing costs and revenues. /liliKnowledge of ABB's digital portfolio (Cyber Security, Asset Performance Management, Sustainability, Emission Monitoring, Electrical Digital Solutions) is a plus. /liliFluent in English and Italian; additional languages (French, Spanish, German) are advantageous. /li /ulh3What We Offer /h3ulliSupportive, solution-oriented team environment. /liliOpportunity to work with a market leader and innovative technology. /liliImpact on the future of Process Automation. /li /ulh3Benefits /h3ulliLife insurance /liliCanteen /liliEmployee Assistance Program /liliFlexible work practices /li /ulh3About Us /h3pABB Energy Industries enables safe, smart, and sustainable projects across various sectors.
