We develop, operate and manage renewable energy assets — including wind, solar and hydropower — across 14 European markets.
As we continue to expand our project pipeline, we are looking to grow our team in Italy with a skilled Project Manager who will drive the successful delivery of renewable energy projects from planning through commissioning.
As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in planning, coordinating and delivering renewable energy projects, including wind, solar and hydropower plants, from development through execution and handover.
Your responsibilities:Planning, organisation and management of investment projects in the field of renewable energy in ItalyPreparation, review, analysis and coordination of technical, project and investment documentation, as well as participation in obtaining all required permits and approvalsEnd-to-end management of project processes, from the development phase and investment decision-making through to execution and handover to operationsLeadership, coordination and supervision of project teams, including effective allocation of tasks and responsibilitiesOrganisation and coordination of external contractors, including oversight of timelines, costs and quality of deliveryClose collaboration with other departments and companies across the wider divisionEnsuring the quality of execution in line with technical standards, project requirements and best practicesEnsuring project compliance with applicable legislation, regulations and internal standards
Your key attributes and qualifications:Degree in civil engineering or another relevant technical fieldExperience in managing complex and financially significant projects in an international environmentWillingness to work on site and experience in operational project monitoring across multiple locationsKnowledge of the renewable energy sector; experience with solar power plants is considered an advantageProven experience in leading, coordinating and organising diverse project and execution teamsA high level of responsibility, reliability and strong work ethicA proactive, self-driven and independent approach to work and decision-makingStrong communication, organisational and leadership skillsFluency in English and Italian languages
