What You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
* Review and validate engineering requirements against product capabilities
* Create and review Methods of Procedures prior to implementation
* Provide problem-resolution assistance and training to other technical support personnel
* Participate in Dry-Run, Field Trials and Preliminary Acceptance Tests
* Installation of servers and Nokia optics applications
* Upgrade to new release Nokia Optics Applications
* Manage inter-working with Customer OSS via Rest-API
Key Skills And Experience
* Bachelor or Master degree in Software Engineer, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a similar field
* Experience with Linux
* Knowledge in Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
* Fluent in English
* Fluent in Italian (level: B1 or above)
It would be nice if you also had
* Programming in PythonKnowledge of WDM (Wavelength Division Multiplexing) technology
* Familiarity with carrier networking protocols such as BGP, MPLS, OPSF, VPNs, QoS, Security, etc.
