Responsibilities
* Welcome all our clients to the store, ensuring they feel comfortable in the environment.
* Greet clients and build a relationship with them to assist in selecting the right products while maintaining rapport and offering advice.
* Introduce additional complementary products targeted to the client and share product knowledge.
* Process sales in a confident and professional manner while maintaining the client relationship.
* Gather and collate the client’s CRM details to maintain the relationship and build the client book, ensuring a personal follow‑up.
* Maintain store standards on stock and adhere to the visual merchandising guidelines, promoting the Kenzo image.
* Exceed all behavioural requirements in the store, adhering to the dress code and appearance guidelines as indicated by the Store Manager.
* Actively drive product knowledge by keeping up to date with fashion trends, participating in in‑store training, updating yourself on all product lines, and searching out relevant information on products.
* Support the control and management of stock.
A business contributor
* Achieve sales targets and KPIs and contribute to the Point of Sales’ action plans.
* Communicate high‑quality feedback to Managers (in store).
* Be aware of the business environment, including local competition, by participating in the collection of rankings, turnover, and best practices.
A client developer
* Master the selling ceremony (from welcoming to after‑sales services) to all clients.
* Master a perfect knowledge of product information (collection, season, composition, etc.) and brand storytelling.
* Build customer loyalty and engagement by developing long‑term relationships (date collection, thank‑you cards, invitations, etc.).
* Create and optimize strong connections with personal shoppers, personal stylists, conciergeries, etc.
A buddy and team player
* Demonstrate team spirit and help others improve their skills, especially towards new joiners.
* Demonstrate autonomy and commitment to guarantee business continuity at any time.
A brand promoter (Clients)
* Embodies Kenzo Paris DNA to become a brand ambassador (knowledge of the House’s heritage and mastery of its current positioning).
* Ensures that the standards of the Point of Sales uphold the brand image (VM, cleaning, maintenance, etc.).
* Develops a deep fashion culture and awareness (products, fashion trends, and competitors).
Know‑how‑to‑be
* Respects uniform and grooming guidelines at all times.
* Adapts communication to each client profile.
* Demonstrates a perfect know‑how‑to‑be and a positive mindset in any circumstances (politeness, body language, vocabulary, etc.).
Requirements
* English language skills mandatory.
* Full time: 40 hours per week.
* Starting date: As soon as possible.
