Projects assigned include both engineering development phase and production. /ppstrongPrimary Duties and Responsibilities /strong /pulliIdentify the scope of the project and create the general plan of the Project /liliIdentify and manage stakeholders /liliSupport Sales in the acquisition of new orders with preparation of project management contractual data deliverables regarding cost performance, schedule performance, risk, and technical performance /liliResponsible for Final Cost, Scope, Quality and Timing targets within the Project Management Company guidelines /liliLead Core Team members from Nomination phase until the stabilization of quality, production capacity and EOL /liliManage planned activities through Project Reviews and the compliance with internal / customer Milestones /liliOrganize Team meetings in adequate frequency for each on-going project to follow targets until handover to serial production /liliCommunication hub to Core team and stakeholders involved in the Project /liliInterface with Customers and Management /liliEnsure systematic reporting to the Management about projects progress in according to company KPI and policies /liliManage issue logs and risk management plans in order to provide warnings of serious deviations or variations that may compromise project results and promote corrective actions /liliEnsure the creation and utilization of Lesson Learned /liliEnsure the deployment of ART Standard Product Development Methodology, Product libraries, Quality tools/methods and standardization of solutions, in collaboration with Product Development, Quality and Manufacturing Department /liliProtect confidentiality of project data /liliHelp build up a supportive culture of cooperation and team work with the project /liliManage subcontracting and purchasing efforts in relation to project successful execution /liliResponsible for overall customer satisfaction /liliMake critical project decisions that best balance technical performance, schedule performance, and cost /liliAvailability to travel up to 25% /li /ulpstrongSkills and Abilities /strong /pulliStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills /liliDetermined and persistent character /liliAbility to influence, inspire and motivate project teams /liliAbility to lead and influence a team of multi-disciplined stakeholders /liliExcellent verbal and written communication skills /liliComfortable with managing complex stakeholder environments /liliEnthusiastic and well organized /li /ulpstrongBackground and education /strong /pulliMaster’s degree in engineering, or other related discipline (Mechanic, Electronic, Management) /liliEnglish Language is required as proficient /lili10+ years of experience within the defence industry /lili5+ years in project management or lead role /liliExperience in design of defence products and functions /liliProficiency with SAP, PowerBI, Jira, Confluence /liliStrong knowledge of AS9100 /liliStrong Knowledge of electronic sub systems and products /liliStrong knowledge of MIL-STD and MIL-HDBK military standards, Defence Quality systems and processes /li /ulpstrongPreferred Qualifications /strong /pulli10+ years of experience within the railways industry (SENIOR Profile) /liliExperience in electronics manufacturing /liliProject Management Professional (PMP) certification /li /ul
