PURPOSE
To provide IT support to the relevant users in compliance with data protection, data security and Group policies and procedures.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provides technical support to users via email, phone and Help‑Desk portal
* Manages the workstations and the necessary hardware peripherals
* Monitors hardware functionality and takes action where necessary
* Manages software installation and set up on computers according to the specifications given
* Trains end users on how to use new software and IT equipment
* Organises and schedules updates and maintenance with users
* Maintains repair and correction records
* Identifies and suggests possible improvements to procedures
* Acts in compliance with Data Protection in line with current legislation and corporate policies
* Promotes a corporate culture based on safety
* Applies Corporate Principles and Values
What we are looking for
We are looking for young and passionate Candidates to join our IT Department based at our Headquarter in Porcari. The candidate should have experience in troubleshooting, problem solving, diagnosing hardware and software issues.
Requirements for the application
* You are going to graduate or you have just graduated in Information Technologies, Computer Science Engineering or equivalent studies, or you have a technical high school diploma
* You have a good level of English knowledge (especially reading and speaking)
* You are prone to work as a team and independently
* You are keen on learning and you have a positive attitude to change tasks frequently
* You have a knowledge on : Windows Operating Systems; Microsoft Office and 365 Applications, Microsoft Intune, Azure; virtual infrastructures and backup systems; network and client configuration for connectivity; Active Directory, peripheral and accessory / adapter hardware
