Ph3bWhat you will do /b /h3 pThe Technical Manager Environment – Health and Safety in our Cologno site will take care of all the aspects related to Assets, processes and machines improvements and EHS, whilst at the same time, ensuring that we meet our internal and external reporting and control requirements. The role will report to site manager directly and indirectly to business Area functions. /p h3bHow you will do it /b /h3 ul liCollect and maintain documents of site assets /li liAnalyse machine / utilities usages and improve the assets in connection with process use /li liDevelop policies and strategies for continuous improvement and cost reduction /li liCollect C.I. metrics, report them to Plant Manager and cooperate to improve them with other functions (corporate and internal) /li liManage processes cycles and mfg. activities contributing to their improvements in connection with production supervisor /li liSet up asset budget based on process and volumes. /li /ul h3bEnvironment – Health and Safety tasks : /b /h3 ul liCollect waste, energy and environmental metrics, report them through internal docs and dedicated portals, cooperate to improve metrics according to guidelines and cooperating with other functions in the corporate /li liDevelop policies and strategies for EHS /li liMaintain ISO14001 certificate and documentation /li liCollect EHS metrics and cooperate to improve them with other functions in the corporate and internally /li liManage EHS and waste reporting to authorities (ARPA, INAIL, ATS) /li liPlanning practical and effective methods, both preventative and remedial, of promoting health and safety and safe working practices; /li /ul h3bWhat we look for /b /h3 ul liChemical or Mechanical Engineer background preferrable /li liExperienced with authorities portals (AIDA, CIVA). /li liExperienced in EHS sector (2 years at least) /li liAvailable for night / weekend emergencies upon request /li liFluent in Italian, English communication level mid / high /li liAvailable for short and limited travels /li /ul h3bOur benefits /b /h3 pWe offer an exciting and challenging position with great personal freedom and professional responsibility.
