We are looking for highly qualified Site Managers to oversee construction works and ensure compliance with quality, safety, schedule, and cost requirements according to project documentation and Owner's guidelines.\nKey Responsibilities Review contractor-supplied QA/QC documentation and provide feedback for approval or rejection.\nDevelop the Quantitative Control Plan for the assigned discipline.\nMaintain thorough knowledge and application of all project documents and updates.\nReview contractors' schedules and analyze human and material resource proposals.\nMonitor project execution, identify critical issues, and make recommendations to the Construction Manager.\nEnsure all work complies with approved contracts, safety, and environmental plans.\nSupervise multiple contractors' works and ensure all inspections and tests are performed according to the Quality Assurance Plan.\nValidate work stoppages, prepare reports, and update construction progress in the AURA system.\nCoordinate with other Site Managers and collaborate with contract coordination.\nSupervise electrical facilities (EF) including tests, OHL, UGL, HV, MV, LV DC, LV AC, communications, and protections.\nControl As-Built documentation, manage cost deviation analysis, and supervise payments. Minimum Requirements Engineering degree or higher qualification in the assigned discipline.\nValid license to perform official work validation according to local construction law, if applicable.\nFull and updated training in work instructions for the assigned discipline.\nKnowledge of applicable legislation and codes.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in the energy industry, with specific experience in work supervision.\nClass B1 driving license and own 4x4 vehicle.\nProficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and other relevant software.\nComplete PPE adapted to the type of plant (e.g., harness for wind turbines).\nPhysical ability to walk >1 km/day on rough terrain, lift up to 45 kg, and tolerate adverse weather conditions.\nStrong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.\nFluent in English and, if applicable, the local language of the project. Preferred Requirements Experience in wind farms, PV plants, and substations.\nAdvanced knowledge of quality control, electrical inspections, and testing.\nAbility to work independently and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
