You coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure that all supply chain elements— from planning to logistics— are aligned and ready for market introduction, through all the distribution channels. /ph3Main responsibilities /h3olliManage the supply chain workstream of NPI projects from concept to launch. /liliCoordinate with RD, Manufacturing, and Logistics to ensure launch readiness. /liliIdentify risks and mitigation plans related to supply chain execution. /liliEnsure timely availability of components, packaging, and finished goods. /liliTrack launch milestones, budgets, volumes and KPIs. /liliLaunch Calendar and Milestones management. /liliBe the owner of the following key deliverables/activities: NPI supply chain launch plan and timeline; launch readiness checklist and risk register; launch volumes drilled down per channels and geographies; process organization for the launch, with roles and responsibilities. /li /olh3Main requirements /h3ulliExperience in product launch and supply chain planning. /liliAbility to manage complexity and cross-functional coordination. /liliKnowledge of supply chain systems and processes. /liliProject management skills. /liliAt least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role or in supply chain field. /li /ulh3What’s in it for you /h3pIn EssilorLuxottica, you are not defined just by your job title.
