Maxi Sport Spa is seeking a Retail Logistics & Operations Specialist.
The candidate will work in coordination with the internal team and the group's logistics function.
The candidate will ensure the proper functioning of logistics flows between suppliers, the central warehouse, stores, and e-commerce, monitoring operations daily, managing anomalies, and ensuring compliance with processing and shipping times.
The candidate will contribute to improving operational processes through data analysis and coordination with various company functions.
Main Responsibilities
- Monitor the flow of goods between suppliers, the central warehouse, and stores.
- Verify transfers between stores and daily shuttle flows.
- Check transport documents and goods receipts.
- Manage returns to suppliers and wholesale sales.
- Monitor any operational anomalies and coordinate their resolution.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in operations, retail logistics, or e-commerce operations roles.
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, or distribution companies.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel (advanced filters, formulas, pivot tables).
- Good familiarity with e-commerce or retail management systems.
- Ability to analyze operational data and identify flow anomalies.
- Knowledge of logistics processes related to omnichannel retail.
- Good knowledge of English (minimum B2 level)
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving aptitude.
