What You’ll DoServe as a Talent Acquisition Leader and leadership TA business partner for EMEA Business Units & Manufacturing Operations
Develop, implement, and execute and lead recruitment strategies to meet hiring needs for country market units and manufacturing locations in the region
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for niche and high-volume positions
Manage large-scale hiring campaigns for services engineers, technicians, sales, corporate functions, manufacturing roles, including plant and factory positions, and implement strategies for attracting and retaining top talent in high-demand environments
Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand recruitment needs and deliver effective solutions
Occasional travel to other countries for recruitment activities, including attending job fairs, conducting on-site interviews, and meeting with business leaders to understand recruitment requirements in factory hiring and align efforts
Lead and manage the recruitment team responsible for hiring across multiple locations
Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics, ensuring continuous improvement and efficiency
Provide guidance and support to the recruitment team and vendor partners and contractors, including performance management and development
Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations in the recruitment process
Manage a talent acquisition team of less than 10 located across EMEA
