The role combines hands‑on supervision and people management with a strong focus on process control and continuous improvement. Working in a dynamic and fast‑paced logistics environment, the position contributes to achieving operational targets and fostering a motivated, adaptable team.\nMain activities\nPeople Leadership & Team Development Supervise and coordinate a team of warehouse operators, ensuring smooth execution of inbound, picking, and outbound activities.\nCommunicate daily priorities, monitor workload, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards.\nPromote collaboration, accountability, and engagement within the team through ongoing feedback and coaching. Operational Performance & Process Execution Oversee daily inbound, storage, picking, and outbound activities ensuring service level compliance and efficiency.\nMonitor KPIs such as productivity, accuracy, and throughput, taking proactive actions to address deviations.\nGuarantee proper utilization of WMS functionalities and ensure accurate data recording across all warehouse processes. Technology & Systems Utilization Ensure effective use of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF technologies in all picking and inventory processes.\nSupervise operations involving logistics automation.\nIdentify improvement opportunities leveraging automation and data insights to enhance process efficiency. Continuous Improvement & Change Management Act as a change ambassador, promoting adaptability and a forward‑thinking mindset within the warehouse team. Safety, Quality & Compliance Ensure compliance with all safety procedures, legal requirements, and company standards.\nPromote continuous awareness and training on safe behaviors and equipment usage. Main Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience.\n2–3 years in warehouse/logistics operations, ideally with first experience in team coordination.\nProven track record in team leadership, with responsibility for medium to large operational teams.\nGood command of WMS and RF systems.\nSolid proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, reports, performance tracking).\nFamiliarity with automation systems (AMR, ACR, conveyors, end‑of‑line) is a plus.\nStrong communication and leadership potential.\nDynamic, proactive, and adaptable to change.\nAnalytical mindset with attention to detail.\nHigh sense of responsibility, organization, and resilience under pressure.\nFluency in English (both written and spoken).
