Innovation, continuous research, digital industry, and sustainability are the pillars of its business worldwide.Within the Manufacturing & Supply Chain area of the Airborne Electronics Business Unit at the Cisterna di Latina (LT) site, we are looking for **Manual Mechanical Assembly Workers**.The selected individuals will be integrated into the Mechanical CoE (Center of Excellence) department to perform mechanical assembly and/or manual finishing activities on items destined for avionics, terrestrial, and naval equipment production lines.**The individuals will be responsible for the following activities:*** Assembly and repair of mechanical parts using programmable and calibrated screwdrivers* Removal of burrs remaining after CNC machining and vibratory finishing* Structural bonding using dispensers for mechanical parts, bonding of gaskets and small windows* Use of traditional machine tools for any necessary machining**Education:** Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent**Required Experience Level:**Junior (1-3 years) or Senior (3-5 years)**Technical Knowledge and Skills:*** Ability to read company documentation provided for work cycles (drawings, operating instructions, bills of material, etc.)* Basic knowledge of tools for manual activities on mechanical parts.**Behavioral Competencies*** Time and priority management* Collaboration, flexibility* Teamwork* Problem Solving Orientation* Operational flexibility based on project needs (shifts, overtime)**Language Skills:*** Basic knowledge of English (optional)**Computer Skills:*** Knowledge of Office suite (Word, Excel) Optional**Seniority:****Primary Location:**IT - Cisterna di Latina**Additional Locations:****Contract Type:**Permanent**Hybrid Working:**
