This role focuses on process analysis and the use of tools supporting product development (CAD and PLM). The position is based at Datalogic HQ in Lippo di Calderara (BO). /ph3Role Mission /h3pThe mission of the role is to support the RD function through process analysis, evaluating business requests, acting as a bridge between RD engineering and ICT business objectives, and ensuring that product design and development strategies align with technical feasibility and market requirements. /ph3Main Responsibilities /h3ulliBusiness Needs Analysis: Evaluate and interpret complex business requirements, translating them into technical specifications. /liliSystem Implementation: Design, develop, and implement ICT systems (CAD and PLM) and processes supporting RD activities. /liliData Management: Safeguard data integrity and accuracy within ICT systems, enabling data-driven decision-making. /liliProject Management: Manage ICT projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence. /liliStakeholder Collaboration: Partner with RD teams, IT departments, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical support. /liliDocumentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user requirements, functional specifications, and process flows. /liliTraining and Support: Deliver training and provide ongoing support to end-users to ensure effective system utilization. /liliTool Roadmap Support: Contribute to the technical upgrade and optimization of application tools, ensuring operational integrity and business efficiency. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliEducation: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. /liliLanguages: Fluency in English. /liliExperience: 2–3 years in business analysis, systems analysis, or related fields, preferably within RD or ICT environments in an international manufacturing company. /li /ulh3Other Skills /h3ulliSoftware Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and other business analysis and project management tools.
