By championing research and prototyping, you will ensure every interaction is as intuitive as it is innovative. You’ll partner closely with engineers to evolve our design system—balancing high-value solutions with technical feasibility—while leveraging usage data and cross-functional insights to iterate and continuously elevate our platform. /p pThis is a consultancy engagement, not an employment contract. The selected consultant will work independently, bringing their specialized knowledge and experience to our projects. /p h3What you’ll be doing /h3ul liShape outstanding user experiences and impact the success of our platform by creating flawless UI and UX designs, from conceptualization to delivery. /li liLead the end-to-end design of new features, from discovery to delivery. /li liFocus on user testing and research to ensure our customers are always at the core of our product designs. /li liMake use of prototyping tools to ensure your designs are intuitive and to explore new, innovative ways of designing interactions. /li liHelp grow and improve our design system to impact scalability and product-wide consistency. /li liWork closely with product managers and software engineers to propose new features and improve the quality of the product. /li liFind, together with engineers, the most efficient trade-off between high-value solutions for users and the complexity of implementation. /li liLeverage usage data to evaluate the impact of your designs, and apply your learnings to the next iterations. /li liBasic HTML and CSS knowledge. /li liPrevious experience on a B2B SaaS environment would be considered as a plus. /li /ul h3This role will be a great fit if you /h3ul liBring 3+ years of experience in digital product environments with expert-level mastery of Figma and modern research tools. /li liAre a persuasive communicator capable of articulating design rationale to influence senior stakeholders and manage complex relationships. /li liOperate with high autonomy, taking a proactive approach to projects while maintaining total transparency and reliability. /li liEmbody a true team spirit, prioritizing the best ideas over your own and staying ready to “get your hands dirty” to help the team succeed. /li liAre fully proficient in English, with the ability to read, write, and speak fluently in a professional setting. /li /ul h3Interview Process /h3ul liHR Introductory Call (15 minutes): a brief phone call with HR to provide an overview of the company and the role, as well as to gain insight into your experience and background. /li liHR Video Interview (45 minutes): A more in-depth virtual interview with HR to explore the topics discussed in the phone call and further assess your fit for the role. /li liBusiness Task Presentation (45 minutes): a virtual video interview where you’ll present your solution to a business task provided beforehand to the Hiring Manager and team members. /li liInterview with Hiring Manager/other key individuals (1 hour): an interview with the Hiring Manager or other key individuals relevant to the role, such as team members or colleagues from other departments.
