Ph3Position Summary /h3 pJob Title: HYD Design Engineerbr/Reporting to: Engineering Function Managerbr/Department: RDbr/Location: Dulevo /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign of hydraulic components, in compliance with ISO/EU/US Norms and internal regulations, working independently or in a team. /li liIdentification and generation of the necessary fixings/parts to satisfy the component / system functions. /li liComponents / systems management through 2D/3D CAD and PLM systems /li liSupport the parts release on ERP system /li liResponsible of the component Validation. Perform the necessary DFMEA / FEA (ANSIS preferred) / CFD simulations and physical tests, working closely with Product Validation department /li liCoordinate the drawing and model activities of other partners, in liaison with Purchasing and Supplier Quality departments /li liInvolve the partners in the specification request /li liSupport the prototyping and pre-production builds phases with the necessary documentation /li liAttend Problem solving meetings and be prepared for proactive activities /li liManage the change requested / identified during meetings with Product Validation, Kaizen or After Sales meetings /li liManage the timing and the job status, respecting the time to market /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liM.Sc or B.Sc Degree in Vehicle/Mechanics/Hydraulic /li liUp to 5 years Technical 3D designer in automotive, industrial, agriculture or earth-moving machinery. /li /ul h3Skills /h3 ul liSolidEdge, TeamCenter, AS400, SAP /li liKnowledge of plastics, hydraulic, pneumatic, water and metal component developments parts, including pipes and harness fixation /li liTest Procedures and acceptance criteria knowledge /li liLanguages: good English /li /ul h3Additional Job Requirements /h3 ul liNew Product Development Gate Process knowledge /li liPlanning methods knowledge /li liFunctional Safety: ISO 26262, ISO 13849, ISO 25119. /li liProblem Solving methods knowledge /li liGood communication and personal organization skills /li liExplicit leadership, flexibility, open minded and autonomy /li /ul pContact: /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
