Seeking a highly skilled PLM Specialist to manage and optimize our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement and maintain PLM/ALM systems to support product development and software engineering processes.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document requirements for PLM/ALM solutions.
* Provide technical support and training to users of PLM/ALM systems.
* Develop and enforce best practices for data management, version control, and change management.
* Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Proven experience with PLM/ALM systems (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter, Siemens Polarion, Microsoft Azure DevOps).
* Strong understanding of product development and software engineering processes.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Business Fluent in English (minimum B1 Level).
* Willingness to travel up to 10% (mainly to CH).
