General purpose of the position We are looking for a Salesforce Technical Leader (STL.) To be included in the Digital Team of Safilo S.p.A The STL will have a leading role in the internal governance team, made up of developers and business analysts, in coordination with the PM \ Scrum Masters and the Product Owners, in a Full Agile work context. Main responsibilities and tasks Starting from the business needs, his task will be to set up and validate the architectural and integration solutions by guiding the system integrators and all the partners involved in the end-to-end design and delivery of digital transformation projects. Required profile and experience Must to have: - 5 years Full stack developer/Team leading - 3 years client frontend (IT and Business) - 3 years experience in large/enterprise projects (Agile/Waterfall) - 2 years experience in CRM E2E solutions design and analysis - 2 years experience in integration design and testing - 1 years Salesforce (Development - Data Management/Sales & Service) Nice to have: - Heroku/ marketing cloud basic Technical Skills: - Salesforce Platform - Visualforce/Apex/SOQL - Javascript - Git/Github - Jira/other project management tool Languages - Italian mandatory - English B2 Personal requirements - Strategic vision, leadership, people management skill - Able to set up new strategies, projects and tools - Problem solving attitude - Good team player with strong initiative - Good interpersonal and communication skills Job Reference: BPO00883
